We source ingredients with care, keeping them as close to home as possible and choosing suppliers and harvesters who value quality, responsible practices, and the food traditions of our region.

    Wild caught in Newfoundland & Labrador

    A simple, whole prey ingredient from the cold North Atlantic, caught by local harvesters and dehydrated on Prince Edward Island.

    Locally gathered from the western shores of Prince Edward Island

    A blend of locally gathered kelp and rockweed species, collected along PEI's red shores using a traditional horse-drawn harvesting method.
